Taking Pin-Up Strong Pt.5

- Moments before the start of the Divas Title Match, we see Josh Matthews about to interview a person with many mixed emotions going into her match. That girl happens to be Kelly Gervais. The camera crew appears set, and the cameras backstage start rolling as The triple threat match comes to a close.

Lillian (Ringside): and STILL your World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel BRYAN!!!!

- Kelly prepares for her upcoming interview as well as her upcoming match that she feels will be her moment in the spotlight. Her time to lead the WWE divas through the new year of 2012. After several defeats against Beth Phoenix for the title in the past, Kelly feels that tonight will be the first time she becomes Divas Champion. Cameras finally cut to the backstage area, showing Josh’s face Worldwide.

Josh: My guest at this time is the number one contender for the Divas Championship, Kelly Gervais.

- The Camera pans over to Kelly Gervais, and then backs to show both Josh and Kelly.

Josh: With your match for the Divas title coming up in Moments, id just like to catch up with you on your thoughts going into this match.

Kelly: I’m feeling pretty excited, but at the same time I’m angry at those filthy sluts that call themselves Pin-Up strong, who have the nerve to cowardly attack me from behind and then that.... Amilea who’d just happen to cut off my hair. For Once in my life I feel like a winner, and these bitches think they can take this feeling away!?......  I let you all guess....

- Kelly Gervais walks off camera and heads towards the entrance way. The Cameras cut to Justin Roberts who is standing in the ring.

Justin: The Following Contest Set for a One-Fall is for the WWE DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!

- Kelly’s theme hits, and Kelly makes her way through the curtains on her way to the ring.

Justin: Introducing First, The Challenger, From Minneapolis, Minnesota, Kelly Gervais!!!!

- Kelly puts a peace sign in the air, and then makes her way down the ramp. She slaps some hands with the fans, and then  climbs the turnbuckles, and does the peace sign again. Kelly then drops into the ring and does one final warm-up before the match. Then Beth’s Music hits.

Justin: And the opponent, from Buffalo, New York, she is the Current WWE Divas Champion, The Glamazon... Beth Phoenix!!!!!

- Beth is seen smirking down the ramp, pretty much letting out the fact that she is very confident going in this match, defending her title against Kelly Gervais. Beth climbs the turnbuckle, and holds up her title. Kelly seems to want Beth Phoenix at this moment, but the ref holds her back. Kelly eventually gets free and attacks Beth Phoenix from behind, causing Beth to drop her title. The ref has no other decision but to ring the bell and get the match underway. Beth is now thrown to the ropes, and Dropkicked in the face by Kelly Gervais. Kelly goes for the cover but barely even gets a count. Kelly then throws Beth off the ropes again, but Beth answers back with a knee to the midsection. Beth goes off the ropes again to capitalize on the opportunity she created for herself, but Kelly gives a clothesline to Beth, knocking her down for a moment. Kelly looked to capitalize off that, but Beth counters with a side slam, in which Beth would pin off of. Beth gets a one count, so she decides to go to work on Kelly’s midsection and back by putting her in a camel clutch. The effects of the side slam along with the pressure from the camel clutch Beth Phoenix has applied are starting to get to Kelly, which could mean that the match might not last too much longer. The fans in St. Louis start to get behind Kelly in hopes that she will break the hold Beth Phoenix has on her. Even with the support of the fans, Kelly can’t seem to gain enough strength within her to break it. Kelly might just have to search deep within her to find that very strength she needs to possibly keep going in the match. The fans start to get more behind her as the match goes on. And now in that very moment that everyone thought that Kelly would tap, she manages to power her way out of it, and drop Beth on her back. But that might have taken everything out of her. Fans still have heavy support for Kelly Gervais to defeat Beth Phoenix. Both divas get on their feet at the same time, so they trade punches, which the crowd seems into as the match itself, shouting YAY or BOO according to whoever they are supporting. Kelly ends up winning this punch war and throws Beth off the ropes, and starts doing a series of dropkicks, followed up by a flying forearm. Kelly kips-up afterwards, and then calls for the swanton. Beth however is able to knock Kelly off of the turnbuckle before the attempt. Beth then attempts to go for the glam slam, but Kelly rolls through with the attempt. Kelly is only able to get a 2 count with the roll up. Meaning that Kelly has not done enough to defeat Beth. Kelly then hits the reverse cutter, which could give her the victory. Natalya and Amilea run down the ramp, and Natalya distracts the ref. Meanwhile, Amilea tries to slip in the Divas Title to Beth, while the ref is distracted. When both Kelly and Beth get up, Beth tries to hit Kelly with the belt, but Kelly dodges it, and goes off the ropes to hit another flying forearm. Kelly then runs and jumps to the top turnbuckle, and quickly hits the swanton bomb. The ref quickly gets into position and counts. ONE-TWO-THREE, and the crowd erupts!!! Kelly is afterwards filled with excitement and joy, as she finally after months of trying, wins her first Divas Championship.

Justin: Here is your winner, and NNEEEWWWWW WWE DIVAS CHAMPION, KELLY GERVAIS!!!!!!

- Kelly is then handed the title, and her arm is raised with title in hand. And so her celebration begins. Kelly runs over to a turnbuckle, and lifts up high the Divas Championship. Beth, Natalya, and Amilea are all left in shock and disgust as Kelly does her celebration.

After the match, Kelly heads backstage, and all the face divas, as well as 2 heel divas congratulate her on her victory, among them her bestie Alicia Fox. Then at the end of the pack, clapping sarcastically is a young blond woman wearing a Eli Manning Jersey.

Woman: Congrats on winning, but it will be a matter of time before it comes to its rightful owner.....

The woman steps out of the shadows, and it appears to be none other than Lacey Laree Leeland.

Lacey: I’d never thought you would defeat Beth for the title, much less survive out there against her. But let me tell you now I recommend you vacate that title sooner rather than later as you have absolutely no idea what you’re getting yourself into.

Kelly: What do you mean by that crap!? Seriously, As champion, I know that everyone will be eyeballing me gunning for this, but rest assured hun It will be a long time before I rid of this.

Lacey: and so it shall be..... You see yourself holding the Divas title for a long time heh..... yeah right.....

Now for you my dear, the end of you begins.... Now.......

- Lacey walks down the hall, as Alicia walks up to Kelly

Alicia: hehh, what was that over there

Kelly: A little nothing. The end of me? I know!, what the hell is she talking about?
