Wrestlemania 31: Carly West (WIP)

I thought I had run dry of making amazing attires for special occasions and such. I was dead wrong. Bring some thematic elements along with previous character designs and alas, the best attire I may have come up with in a long time.  I personally think that I've given Carly in general a creative resurgence since I made her previous attire (which initially looked different). Anyway, I wanted to give her more or less of an army general evil dictator kind of look for the grandest of them all, because she has to really rub it in that she's evil now. xD
